World Elder Abuse Awareness 2024

June 15th is World Elder Abuse Awareness Day, a day dedicated to raising awareness about the mistreatment of elderly and disabled adults. Elder abuse happens to men and women of all income levels and cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Approximately 1 in 10 Americans, 65 and older, have experienced some form of abuse – many at the hands of relatives and caregivers.

I had the privilege to contribute to this campaign:

  • Managed event branding to ensure visual consistency
